2 pounds carrots, peeled, sliced diagonally
3 T butter
3 T dijon-style mustard
C brown sugar
C finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Steam carrots 5 minutes
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar and salt (to taste)
Cook 3 minutes
Add carrots, turning to coat in sauce
Cook 5 minutes
Sprinkle with parsley
