1/2 Bag of Frozen Shredded hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 Cup of sour cream
1/2 cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Green Chile is good too.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a large greased casserole dish combine hash browns, melted butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in milk. (and green Chile if you are adding it)

Bake about 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir a couple times during baking and if potatoes look dry add some more milk.

Crushed potato chips can be added on top for crunch.
