For crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter (melted)

For cheesecake:
2 lbs cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
few drops of lemon juice

For the crust:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl

2. Press into a spring form pan.

For cheesecake:
1. Using a mixer, add in cream cheese and sugar then beat in 1 egg at a time 15 seconds for each egg.

2. Lower mixer speed and add in vanilla, whipping cream, sour cream and lemon juice.

3. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4. Shut off oven and sit in over for 1 hour
