3 egg yolks
Juice of 2 lemons
2 sticks of hot melted butter
Dash of salt
Dash of Cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender then slowly add the hot melted butter with the mixer on low until smooth. Adding salt and cayenne to taste.

This is wonderful on Eggs Benedict.
