6-oz can frozen orange juice, thawed & undiluted
1 teaspoon dry mustard
teaspoon hot sauce
3 cups breadcrumbs
5 cups ground cooked ham
2 eggs, beaten
cup water
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 10-cup ring mold. Pat down. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Unmold before serving. Fill with peas, if desired.
