½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Old Fashion Oats
⅓ cup ground Flaxseed
1 T Chia seeds
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup mini M&M's

Optional mix-ins:
Wheat germ
Chopped nuts
Shredded Coconut
Dried fruit

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together ia a large bowl.
Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes then roll into balls

Keep energy bites stored in an airtight container
in the fridge or freezer

If you add a lot of extra add-ins you may need a little more honey or peanut butter
