1 & 3/4 lbs. Chicken
1/2 Package Whole Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup frozen peas
1 green onion, chopped
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Onion, salt, pepper, fines herbs, turmeric to taste
Few splashes of white cooking wine
2-3 tbsp white sesame seeds
Sesame oil
1/2 cup of cooked Jasmine Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in bite size pieces, cook until no longer pink with 1-2 tbsp. olive oil, salt pepper, onion, and turmeric, and set aside
Saute fresh green onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, onion, rosemary, fines herbs, and splashes of white wine
Put rice in cooker while doing sauté
Add peas to sauté and once mostly cooked, pushed all of sauté to side of skillet
Add sesame seeds and sauté in splash of sesame oil
Once brown, mix with sauté, add chicken and cook until done
Layer rice on bottom of bowl, and then chicken sauté mix over top
