London Broil Recipe

1 flank steak about 2 pounds
Marinade options:
1) 1 cups dry red wine
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup sliced onions
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

2) 1 tablespoon salad oil
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Marinade flank stake overnight with one of the options. Place on grill or under broiler---4 inches for 5 minutes. Slice on diagonal.
