Ingredients:  
2 lbs yellow squash
2 eggs
c milk
2 tbsp. butter
c bread crumbs
c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt
red pepper
onion salt
2 pimentos finely cut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until done, then drain. Mash squash & mix with beaten eggs, milk, and bread crumbs. Add other ingredients and bake in a slow oven (325) for 30 minutes.
