3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion
4-6 stalks of celery
4-6 carrots
2-3 cans mushrooms
2-3 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon chicken paste
Salt and pepper
Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil chicken until done (about 1 hour).
2) Remove from water and let cool.
3) Chop onion, celery and carrots. Add to water chicken was cooked in.
4) Boil veggies until tender.
5) Cut or shred chicken while veggies are cooking.
6) Add chicken paste to boiling veggies.
7) Add mushrooms and chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
8) Stir and let simmer for 1 hour.
9) Add noodles 10 minutes prior to serving.


NOTE: Soup may be cooled and divided between gallon Ziploc bags to freeze. Double bag. Lay flat until frozen and then store upright like a book on a shelf.
