Key Lime Pie Recipe

3 large egg yolks
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. key lime juice
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream
tsp. vanilla

Place egg yolks in large bowl. Beat on high until light and fluffy.
Gradually add condensed milk. Beat until thick (about 2 minutes).
Slowly add lime juice.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated 350 oven until filling is set.
Chill 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl.. Beat until stiff peaks form. Dump on pie and eat.
