Crumbled corn bread
Minced onion and celery boiled with juice from cooked fowl
Sage
Dash of poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil onion and celery in liquid from turkey or chicken, then add other ingredients. Bake at 400º until firm & just brown on edges.

Add enough broth to the cornbread mixture that there is a little juice on top -- not too much or it'll turn out gooey. Taste for saltiness before baking.
