3 eggs Beaten
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 cups finely grated zucchini
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar slowly to eggs
Add oil and zucchini and mix together
Add remaining ingredients, stir well
Pour into Greased 2 small loafs or one large loaf
Bake at 300 for 1 hour
