½ lb. Maccaroni
1 Egg Beaten
1 C. Milk
1Tsp. Butter
1Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
¾ C. Sharp Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil Mac el dante, and drain, stir in butter and egg. Mix together salt and mustard with 1 Tblsp hot water then add to milk, add cheese to Macaroni leaving a little to top it off. Transfer into buttered 9 x 13 Pan. Pour Milk over Mac Mix and top with rest of cheese.
Bake at 350º for 45 Min or unti top is crusty.
