2-4 chicken breasts
1 jar of Herdez™ Salsa Verde or any other kind of salsa verde
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1 c. of diced onions
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of pepper

Optional: 1/4 c. of diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts evenly at the bottom of the Instapot (can be frozen or thawed)

Add the jar of salsa verde along with salt, pepper, garlic, onions, and green chiles.

Cook for 12-18 minutes, depending on if the chicken was frozen.

After cooking, the chicken can be eaten whole or shredded to make taco filling.
