Directions:
Chill a margarita glass in freezer while making the drink. If you like a salted rim, pour a little extra lime juice into a saucer, put a little salt into a 2nd saucer, invert glass over juice wetting rim, and then dip rim into salt.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and agave.
Shake vigourously for about a minute and then carefully strain into prepared glass avoiding the rim. Garnish with lime slice.

Serves 1 but can be doubled or tripled.

Personal Notes:
We have had great Margaritas in Thailand and Santa Fe but, believe it or not, the best Margaritas we ever drank were in the restaurant of an upscale department store in Dublin. I chased down the bartender and managed to get this recipe from her.
