3 pounds spareribs
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon cayenne
cup water
2 onions, sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
teaspoon black pepper
cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle spare ribs with salt & pepper. Place in pan and cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce and pour over ribs. Cover. Bake in oven at 350 for 2-3 hours. Baste frequently. Remove cover for last 30 minutes to brown.
