9 large russet potatoes
1 C. sour cream
6-8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
½ C. milk
3 tsp. onion salt
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
2) Bring potatoes to a boil, starting with cold water.
3) Boil until tender, about 30 minutes; drain.
4) Use electric mixer and mash potatoes in large bowl.
5) Mix in 5 Tbsp. butter and remaining ingredients.
6) Transfer potatoes into lightly buttered 9x13 casserole dish.
7) Slice remaining butter on top.
8) Bake @ 400ºF about 30 minutes.


NOTE: This recipe can be prepared 2 days ahead and kept covered in the refrigerator.
