1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned oats is ok)
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter (you can use almond butter)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Optional add in:
pumpkin seeds
Vanilla, peanut butter or butterscotch chips
Chopped nuts
Dried cranberries
Chopped dates

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Chill in refrigerator for a half hour.

Once chilled, roll into balls the size that you prefer. Put back into the refrigerator until serving.
