Ingredients:  
1 can Spinach (or 1 bunch of cooked Spinach)
3 Tbls grated cheese
2 medium Onion
1 egg (beaten)
3 Tbls Parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 lb hamburger
clove of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fine the onions and garlic.
Fry in oil.
Add spinach, hamburger, cheese, beaten egg, salt and pepper to onions and garlic. Form into balls and fry until brown.

Remove from pan.
Make gravy from drippings by adding flour, stir until smooth.
Add soup and 3 Tbls parsley.
Put meatballs back in gravy and let simmer about 1 hour.
