1 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Light corn syrup
1 14 Oz. Sweetened condensed milk
1 Stick butter
1 ½ Tsp. Vanilla extract
12 C. Popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all kernels from corn. Put butter, brown sugar & corn syrup in large sauce pan and heat until melted. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium. Heat, and stir in condensed milk, boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, pour over pop corn. Stir well to coat completely.
