4-5 medium potatoes
1/2 onion
Green pepper
Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
This recipe is best in an electric skillet but you can bake in an oven.
Spray pan with cooking spray
Peel and slice potatoes
Slice onion
Slice green pepper
Cut ham into slices or cubes
Layer potatoes, onion, pepper and ham into skillet or baking dish.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk
Pour over layers
Add salt and pepper
Bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
You can stir once in awhile to mix things together
