8 oz. spaghettini
2 tbsp. butter
⅓ c. chopped onion
¾ c. (4 oz. can) chopped mushrooms
2 tsp. parsley flakes
dash pepper
2 c. cubed turkey
1 c. hot chicken broth (or 1 c. hot water and chicken bouillon cube)
1 - 10¾ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
½ c. diced celery
parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. In a large saucepan, melt butter and add onion and celery; cook over medium heat until onion is translucent.
3. Dissolve bouillon in hot water or add the chicken broth with soup and stir until smooth.
4. Add turkey, mushrooms, parsley and pepper. Add pasta and heat through.

Serve immediately with parmesan cheese.

1. Boil 5 quarts water in deep pot with 1 tsp. salt
2. Add pasta, stir to separate spaghettini.
3. Cook uncovered after water returns to a full rolling boil for 8-10 mins; stir occasionally.
4. Drain and serve immediately.
