4 eggs (slightly beaten)
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
l tsp vanila
½ tsp nutmeg
4 cups scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, salt vanilla and nutmet. Add scalled milk. Pour into buttered custard dishes Set dishes in pan of hot water. Bake 375º 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center of custard. Remove from pan of water and cool. Refigerate.
