2 Sticks of butter

1/2 cup confectioners sugar (1 cup total)

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups flour (all purpose)

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Beat butter, 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

3. Gradually add flour and pecans on low speed after each addition until well blended.

4. Roll into balls with flour on hands and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned.

6. Cool 5 minutes. Roll warm cookies in remaining 1/2 cup of powered sugar until lightly coated.
