1 bag cooked deveined shrimp tail off
Oven 350

melt 2-3 stickes butter in 13 by 9 pan in oven

use food processor for at least 1 whole fresh garlic and chop up
do the same with fresh parsley

spread mixture in to melted butter

place shrimp in and coat with the sauce.
make sure shrimp are not on top of each other

top with shredded parmesan cheese at least one bag
than sprinkle bread crumbs on top of cheese

Put under broiler for 5 minutes until browned

serve over pasta, rice , or with mashed potatoes
