1 ¼ lbs. Potatoes
3 to 5 Garlic Cloves
1 lb. Ground Beef
½ Onion Diced
2 tbsp. Flour
¾ cup Beef Broth
3 tbsp. Ketchup
4 cups Frozen Vegetables
½ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
¾ to 1 cup Grated Cheese
¾ cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel & boil potatoes and put into pot with half
the amount of garlic.
2. Brown Beef with onion and some garlic. Then
mix in flour with the Beef drippings.
3. Add Beef Broth, ketchup & frozen vegetables.
Cook and stir for approx. 5 mins until thick.
4. Transfer Beef & vegetables to casserole dish.
Drain & mash potatoes a little bit then add half
the amount of cheese, sour cream & butter.
Finish mashing and add to beef.
Finish with the remaining cheese on top.
5. Cook at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
