1 of lasagna pasta (get oven ready)
1 jar of marinara sauce
1-2 lbs of ground Italian sausage
1 15 ounce container of ricotta cheese
4 cups mozzarella
½ cup parmesan grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet brown sausage and season with salt and pepper. When browned, drain fat and add marinara.

In a bowl, combine ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella and the parmesan, stir well.

Spray non stick in a 9x13 baking dish.

Layer, pasta, meat suauce, cheese mixture, repeat til the top. Top with layers of lasagna noodles and cover in cheese.

Coer with folil, bake 25 mins, uncover and bake about 5-10 mins more. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.

I like to top with different cheeses, even add in some colby or cheddar. There is no such thing as too much cheese!
