2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 3-5 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
˝ tsp oregano
˝ tsp. Basil
Lawry’s Seasoning salt
1 zucchini shredded
1 yellow squash
10-15 mushrooms
24oz cottage cheese
2 cans spaghetti sauce
1 small can tomato paste (if needed)

Directions:

1- Brown meat/ onion/ garlic
2- Drain grease
3- Add green pepper/ zucchini/ squash/ mushrooms and cook 10-15min
4- Add cottage Cheese, oregano, basil, seasoning salt, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste if needed.
5- Spread ˝ c. sauce into bottom of pan, Line pan with cooked noodles, then mozzarella cheese, alternating.
6- Bake 350 for 45 min. If frozen- cook 1hr, 45 min- 1hr 65 min. Remove foil cover and brown for 5-10 min.
