1 pound French green beans, stem end removed...
1 T minced scallions, white and green parts...
1 T fresh minced dill...
1 T minced fresh flat leaf parsley...
4 T unsalted butter, at room temperature...
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper...
1/t salt, I use table salt...

Directions:
Directions:
French green beans...

Bring large pot of water to boil, add 1 T salt to water, when boiling add beans, cook for 2 1/2 minutes...
Drain, then place beans in a long serving platter, top with the room temperature herb butter and toss to be sure all beans get some herb butter....


Herb butter

Place scallions, dill and parsley along with salt and pepper with the butter in a small bowl and combine well...

Mix with the beans and top beans with a 1/2 t of course sea salt....
