4 ea pork loin sliced to 1" thick
4 lg potato, peeled, sliced into ½" rounds
3 to 4 slices ¼" onion
4 lg carrot, cut into julienne sticks
1 can mushroom soup
8 TBS sliced butter
salt & pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out a large sheet of heavy-duty foil for each foil packet you are going to make. One packet for each person.
In the center of the foil put 6 round slices of potato arranged in 2 rows of 3 slices, side by side.
Put 1 or 2 slices of onion centered on top of the potato slices. Add 2 TBS slices of butter to this. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Salt & pepper both sides of the pork chop along with some of the garlic powder. Put the pork chop centered on top of the potato and onion.
On top of the pork chop put 1 or 2 slices of onion and 2 small pats of butter.
Now put 2 rows of 3 slices potato on top.
Around the sides of this put the carrot sticks.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Spoon the mushroom soup over top
