8 cups diced peeled potatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
900 ml chicken broth
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg cream cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese, stir until blended. Add bacon and serve.

Personal Notes:
Mom uses 375g package of bacon and light cream cheese; cut into small pieces.
Double the pepper.
