Cream: 1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
Beat in: 4 eggs
Sift: 3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Add alternately with:
1 cup milk
Mix in: 1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place mixture in well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour in well greased tube pan. Check cake half way through baking if it is getting to brown place aluminum foil over the top for remaining baking time.
