lb Butter
cup Crisco
5 ea Eggs
3 Cups Sugar
1 cup Milk
3 Cups All purpose flour
tsp Baking powder
tsp Salt
4 T. Cocoa (heaping)
1 tsp Vanilla extract.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Butter, Crisco, and Sugar. Add eggs one a the time, beating well(3-5 minutes) after each. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Bake in greased and floured 10 in tube pan, 325 degrees for approximately 1 hr and 20 minutes. Do not over bake.

1 stick Butter
1 lb Powdered sugar
2 T. Cocoa
1 T. Vanilla extract
3 T Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter. add Cocoa, powdered sugar and milk, mixing with mixer to make smooth if necessary. Cook stirring until icing starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cake while both are hot.
