One 4 or 5 pound pork loin roast, salt and pepper it
2 onions, thinly sliced
3 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 lime juice
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

Salt and pepper the roast and brown on all sides.
Put the rest of the ingredients into the crockpot. Roll the roast around in the contents of crockpot. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours.
