3 sticks salted butter, softened
3 cups sugar
8 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups cake flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Preheat oven to 325.
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in vanilla.
Stir in flour until mixed. Do not beat or cake will be tough. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check at 1 hour just to be sure. Test with bamboo skewer
