1 lb cream corn cut from cob (best is white field corn)
1 TBS fried meat or Bacon grease
2 TBS Melted butter
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat cast iron pan to 400ºf. Put Bacon grease in pan and melt. Mix rest of ingredients together pour in pan and place in oven at 400ºF in cast iron skillet. If Corn is fresh from field add little more water but packaged corn has water added already. Should have a fried edge around pan when done.
