8 ea Whole okra; (8 to 12)
1½ cup Water
1 lb Frozen or fresh field peas;
8 oz Ham hock or Fat back meat; (4 to 5)
¼ tsp fresh ground black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat in water for 20 minutes. Add peas and cook for 45-60 minutes. Add okra and cook for 30 minutes more.
