Corn Bread


Ingredients:

3 c. white flour and 1 c. whole wheat (4c. white)
2 T. baking powder
1 c. sugar
3 cans evaporated milk (using Powdered milk for evaporated milk- 1c.water/2/3c. Pwd. milk)
6 eggs
1 ½ c. oil
3 c. corn meal

Mix ingredients well. Grease 2- 11x17 pans. Bake at 350º for 10-15 min, or until toothpick comes out clean.
 

Banana Bread


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 ripe Bananas
4 eggs
4 c. sugar
1 ⅓ c. oil
1 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
2 ½ tsp. Soda
1 ½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts- optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add dry ingredients, vanilla, nuts. Mix until well blended. Grease and flour 4 small or 2 large loaf pans. Bake for 1 hr. At 325º. Turn out onto a cooling rack. Muffins- bake 25 min.
 

Honey Wheat Bread


Ingredients:

9 c. flour
¾ c gluten
2 ½ T. Saf yeast
6 ⅓ c. warm water


Mix 1 min in mixer and turn off for 12 min. To allow to sponge.


1 ½ c. oil
1 ½ c. honey
1 ½ T. salt

Run mixer adding 6-7 c. flour at a time. Knead 10 min.

Place in greased pans, cover, and allow to rise. Bake at 350º F for 35 min. (40 min for med to large loaves)
