Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 T. baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
½ c. powdered dry milk
¼ c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1 ¾ c. water

Fry on greased, hot skillet.

Maple Syrup
4 c. white sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Maple flavoring
2 c. water


Devin’s Syrup (no Maple)
2 c sugar
1 c. water
½ c. brown sugar
5 T. Butter
1 pinch of Baking Soda

Mix sugar and water in a large, heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 15 min, stirring often. Allow to come to a boil. Turn off heat and add flavorings. Store in a glass container when cooled.
