Ingredients:  
1 c Crisco (shortening)
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 c flour
c self-rising flour
1 c milk
1 T butternut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar & eggs together at high speed for 10 minutes. Add 1 c flour a little at a time adding milk alternately. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add other 1 c flour, beat until blended. Add flavoring and beat 1 minute.

Bake in 3 layers or in springform pan at 350 for 300-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
