2 tsp vanilla
⅓ c oil
1 egg
1 ¼ c sugar
⅓ c cocoa
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp soda
2 c flour
2 c grated zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, eggs, sugar & vanilla. Add zucchini. Sift together & add dry ingredients. Bake in sheet cake pan 18 x 12 at 350º for 18-20 minutes.
