¼ cup worcestershire (or Soy if seafood allergic) sauce
½ ea onion Diced small size
3 lbs ground beef(80 %lean/20%fat)
3 ea egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to the ground beef. Egg is to hold the meat together while grilling. put in 8 oz patties. Start charcoal and let it turn 1/2 white. put coals in grill let the coals turn white Coals should be 6-8" below grill surface spray oil on grill. Put hamburger patties on grill once all coals are white. After 5-6 minutes turn patties over and cook until the meat is well done.
