24 slices white bread (½ bottom, ½ top)
2 8oz.pkgs cream cheese
1 c. fresh frozen blueberries
12 eggs
2 c. milk
⅓ c maple syrup or honey
Sauce: 1 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. warm water
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into 1-in. Cubes. Place 12 pieces of cut up bread into greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Cut cream cheese into 1-in. Cubes. Put over bread and top with blueberries and remaining 12 /cut up pieces of bread.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, add milk and syrup. Mix well. Pour over bread. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 min. Before baking. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 25-30 min. More. Bake until golden brown and the center is set.
