Apple Cider Syrup

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
If you like sweater syrup you can add sugar to the cornstarch and cinnamon mixture. I think the cider sweetens it enough.

In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 min. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Makes 2 cups syrup.
