4 ea Eggs yolk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sweet Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 T. Corn Starch
1 cup Coconut
4 T. room temperature butter
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 4 egg yolk ,sugar.cornstarch,salt and milk. cook in double boiler until thick. Add butter, coconut and vanilla mix well and pour into pie shell.
 

Meringue

4 ea Egg White
4 T. Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff add powdered sugar mix well. Add to top of pie sprinkle with coconut and cook in 350F oven until light brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
