1¾ cups sugar
1 lb butter
½ cup light corn syrup
1 cup salted cashew pieces toasted and broken

Directions:
Directions:
Oil baking sheet. Mix first 3 ingredients, Cook over medium Heat( also can be done in microwave) to 300ºF. Mix nuts into mix. Pour on baking sheet so depth is approximately ¼ inch. Score and and cut the toffee in 1" squares as soon as possible. Break toffee apart after it cools
 

Dip

2 lb white chocolate
1⅓ cup sweetened coconut shredded and chopped in food processor

Directions:

Melt ½ lb chocolate and add ⅓ cup coconut at a time. no more again easy in microwave.
Dip toffee into the mixture.

Makes approximately 5 lb of candy.

Warning Double boiler does not work for this
Do not make up to much chocolate at one time
