1½ cup White Corn Meal
½ cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
2 ea eggs
1½ cup buttermilk
⅓ cup oil or Lard

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cast iron pan with some of oil and preheat to 400ºF. Mix all ingredients except oil. Pour into preheated pan. bake until mixture begins to dry but before browning. Pour remaining oil on top of bread and continue to bake until the bread is a golden brown.
