1 qt water
½ lb cured ham hock or country cured ham diced
2 cups Peas (cow peas)
2 cups Baby Lima beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz)
2 cup sliced okra
2 cup whole kernel corn.
8 oz Tomato sauce.
? tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
¼ cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry pork in oil to brown. Then Boil Pork in water until it is tender about 1 hour. remove any bones. Add peas, beans, pepper, and corn and boil until vegetables are tender approximately 60 Minutes. Add tomato sauce, okra, and diced tomatoes and cook for 30 more minutes. Add pepper but taste before adding salt, the meat may add all salt that is needed.
