1 ea Hog head eyes and brain removed
2 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
2 can creamed corn
2 can leisure garden peas
1 cup Ketchup
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Hog head in salted water when done remove head from water. Reserve liquid water for later. Pull meat from head use little fat if desired. Add meat to pot and all other ingredients. Add reserved water to get correct constituency. Simmer approximately 30 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally to keep from scrorching

Ok if the hog head is not in your pantry you can substitute a Boston Butt and Hen but be aware this is surely a sin.
